Applications are only received between the 1st and the 15th date of each month. Applications submitted after the this date, will not qualify (times zones will be taken into consideration) and be unable to re-apply for 60 days. All the web sites will be reviewed on the same month of application, however, depending on the amount of the sites submitted, there could be a delay of maximum 7 days. After receiving your application, we will visit your website 3 times:

• First visit: will be within 7 days, to make sure the URL of website is correct and has none of the disqualification points.ff during my first visit I notice a small mistake in your website, that will be an obvious result of neglecting, I will send the applicant a short email and suggest to correct the mistake prior to the comprehensive review.

• Second visit: I will be checking if your website meets both basic and specific criteria will check code's validation with W3C, and I will make first notes regarding the scoring.

• Third visit will be for the final evaluation and completing the scoring process. I will read your content. if you have made positive changes with your design or content during this period, these changes will be taken into consideration during the final visit.


N o t i f i c a t i o n: Approximately in the end of the month, all the winners will be notified of the final results. We will do our best to notify all the applicants of the result and the score, however, due to big amount of applications, disqualified websites, and non awarded winners might not get a notice.

• Non awarded applicants / Disqualified applicants • If your website did qualify or did not win an award, you are welcome to re-apply after a waiting period of 60 days, from the date of your application.

• Upgrades • Award winners who wish to upgrade to a higher-level award may do so after 90 days, from a day the first application was submitted.
