Resolution capability Your site should be properly loaded and viewed in both 800x600 and 1024x756 resolutions. If you use resolution higher than 1024x756, make sure your font does not look huge in smaller resolutions (and most important, that you have no horizontal scroll bar at 800x600, as this will result disqualification).

Links - internal links must open in the same browser's window (and indicate to the visitor that he is still "inside" the same website), while external links should be opened in a separate window (and show the guest that he was lead to another site). (Don't forget that opening internal link in a new browser window is a disqualification point).

Option to turn the music off. If you have music included in your website, there should be an easy and fast way to turn it off.

Correct use of font and font's color. Make a correct use of fonts, which are always the best to reflect the epoch, country and mood. You can create the right atmosphere in your website just by using the right style of font and its color. On the other hand, "irrelevant" font style may damage the overall feel of the site.

No pixelated graphics. We would expect to see high quality illustration to your content, no pixelated, improperly enlarged images. If you don't have high quality images to accompany your written content, it's always better not to include any images at all.

Optimized graphics. All the graphics you use should be optimized for fast loading, i.e. it's always preferable to use images in .gif format, since they are always 3 times less "heavy" than the .jpg

Awards Program in your website. If, as an enhancement to your site, you run an awards program, it should not be of a give-away nature. You should meet your own criteria.

Accessibility level . We would want to see your website complies with the least of 508 accessibility level. Responsible webmasters should take of the accessibility issue and provide easily accessible to all viewers site.

ICRA labelled and Child Safe. Every site should be ICRA labelled, using the most recent labelling system, and give a green light on test. We will be testing every application. Alternatively, you may use Safe Surf or any other widely known child safe label.
